Oriol Casals is a lawyer specialised in Criminal and Administrative Law.

Director and founder of the firm Casa Paraula in Barcelona, dedicated for more than 15 years to the defence of Human Rights and the practice of Criminal Law in Spain and Europe.

Writer and parliamentary rapporteur for the Law on Cannabis Associations in Catalonia, advisor to national cannabis magazines and contributor to international media.

• Director of legal projects of the Civil Observatory on drugs policies.
